Ballan Vintage Machinery and Vehicle Rally --
Sunday 21 February
This event features the best Vintage Tractor Pull in Victoria. It will
showcase vintage class and classic class vehicles, as well as an
exhibition of beautifully restored classic and vintage cars, Aussie
utes, old trucks, motorcycles and more. For further information

Ballan and District Blue Light Disco -- Friday 26 February
Put on your dancing shoes and enjoy the latest music at this

Myrniong Music In The Park -- Saturday 13 March
The headline bands are "Chubby Rae and the Elevators" and "The
Band Who Knew Too Much".There are also several local aspiring
musicians performing and the day begins with the local primary

Ballan Autumn Festival -- Saturday 27 March
The Ballan Autumn Festival is a wonderful family event which
includes a big parade, bands, amusements and art show to name
a few.The festival will be held in Inglis Street, Ballan and promises
activities for all ages. For further information contact Council

Ballan Quilt and Craft Show -- Saturday 27 March and
Sunday 28 March
Features woodwork and a display of local craft work including
cross stitch, fine embroidery, knitting, dolls and bears, and beautiful
quilts all made in the district. For more information contact
Megan Waddington on 5368 2106. Entry fee is $3.
Historic Myrniong Car Sprint -- Sunday 11 April
This event features vintage and historic racing cars, sports cars and
sedans from 1920 -- 1975 and a classic car display. Racing on this
850 metre course starts at 9.30am and is situated one kilometer
north west of Myrniong Village adjacent to the Western Freeway.
Greendale Drive-In Movie - Saturday 17 April
Held at Egans Reserve. Only $20 per car -- screening at dusk.
